Job Title: Management Analyst 

Job duties:

  • Perform primary and secondary research with client customers, channels of distribution, supply chains, and industry trends, by research resources and leading business-related interviews with client management, stakeholder, and customers in an effective manner, using fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English at a business executive level.

  • Perform analysis of primary and secondary research through qualitative and quantitative analysis methodologies, analytical tools, proficiency in mind mapping and process mapping software Lucidchart or a closely related software, super-user competence in spreadsheet analysis including macros, graphical analysis, and pivot tables.

  • Prepare evaluations assessing the alignment and cohesiveness of the organization towards its stated operational, in the context of their industry, markets, and customer base, by analyzing all aspects of client’s management structure and business operations, reporting to senior management teams, in Spanish and English.

  • Prepare financial evaluations and analysis of client’s performance as related to the project goals, by using Accepted General Accounting Principles and Practices (GAAP), spreadsheet analysis including macros, graphical analysis, and pivot tables, analyzing and reporting financial data in corporate environments, in Spanish and English.

  • Determine policy and process alignment to customer values and leadership vision of the client company, by identifying management and process deficiencies, in Spanish and English.

  • Determine client finance/accounting effectiveness and alignment to leadership priorities, by analyzing business, financial data, and related information to formulate insights and potential client solutions in Spanish and English.

  • Assess employee and cultural engagement of the client organization, by analyzing involvement, collaboration, and contribution levels across the organization, in Spanish and English.

  • Assess sales alignment with client core competencies to ensure operational efficiencies, by analyzing actual sales versus customer needs and subsequent satisfaction, in Spanish and English.

  • Determine customer experience effectiveness within client’s “customer journey”, by analyzing journey steps, touch points, expectations, and emotional requirements across the journey, in Spanish and English.

  • Determine client company’s industry trends and context, by quickly learning new industry verticals based on a solid understanding of business structures, processes, and administration, in Spanish and English.

  • Determine client’s competitiveness, by performing primary and secondary market research, in Spanish and English.

  • Based on the above evaluations, identify and map client’s policies and processes, by carrying out policy and process analysis, to assess risks and necessary propose control points, using process mapping software.

  • Formulate and present remediation strategies to client management in order to address leadership, process, culture, sales, and customer experience deficiencies.

  • Develop a project plan with timing and dependency considerations that outlines the necessary initiatives to achieve the contracted project remediation objectives and  provide consultation and advice based on method-based assessments.

  • Present the project plan to Client Sponsor for approval, in light of current state of the client, context within industry, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

  • Upon approval of the project plan launch and manage the project until completion, using project management software Teamwork or a closely related software by ensuring team engagement and meetings with stakeholders, managing meeting discussions, interviews, documenting all activity and findings, and preparing written status reports in Spanish and English as required, ensuring time, cost and quality of the project.

Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Foreign degree accepted.

Experience required: 4 years’ experience in an accounting, project management, or business analysis occupation.

Certifications required: Active PMP® certification status.

Special Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Accepted General Accounting Principles and Practices (GAAP), analysis, and reporting of financial data in corporate environments.

  • Demonstrable knowledge analyzing business, financial data, and related information to formulate insights and potential client solutions.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to lead business related interviews with client management, stakeholder, and customers in a clear, cohesive, and effective manner.

  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English, at a business executive level.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to analyze all aspects of client’s management structure across entire organization.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to quickly learn new industry verticals based on a solid concept of business structures, processes, administration, and channels of distribution.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to identify management and process deficiencies.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to carry out and lead process mapping initiatives, with risk assessments and control points.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to develop and execute remediation plans to correct and improve client’s management and process problems.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability to provide consultation and advice based on method-based assessments.

  • Prior experience and demonstrable ability with project management software Teamwork or a closely related software, qualitative and quantitative analysis methodologies, analytical tools, proficiency in mind mapping and process mapping software Lucidchart or a closely related software, super-user competence in spreadsheet analysis including macros, graphical analysis, and pivot tables.

 

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel to client sites up to 7 days per trip up to 3 times per month. International travel to client sites up to 7 days per trip up to 3 times per month.
